At Celfy, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for our products and services. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the conditions mentioned below.
1. General Principles
- Celfy is committed to transparency and fairness in all transactions.
- Refunds are considered only in specific situations where the service/product was not delivered as promised or cannot be accessed due to issues on our side.
- Refund requests must be made within the eligible time frame stated below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered
- If you paid but did not receive access to the purchased service within the promised time.
- Technical Errors
- If a payment was processed multiple times due to a technical glitch, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
- Wrongful Charge
- If your account is charged incorrectly or more than the agreed price.
- Pre-Activation Cancellation
- If you request cancellation before the service has been activated or delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- Services that have already been activated, used, or delivered.
- Customized services/products developed specifically as per client requirements.
- Change of mind after purchase or dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control.
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order.
4. Subscription and Recurring Payments
- If you are subscribed to a recurring plan on Celfy, you must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
- Refunds are not provided for partial usage of subscription periods.
5. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:
- Contact us via email at help@celify.shop with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
- Provide details including your full name, payment transaction ID, date of payment, and reason for requesting a refund.
- Our support team will verify the request and update you on the status.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Any payment gateway/transaction charges will be deducted where applicable.
